2019 La Grapperie 'Aphrodite' VdF, Loire Valley, France M. Antonio de la Riva really showing off the potential100% Chenin Blanc from Renauds oldest Chenin vines, up to 100 years old on silex, clay, and limestone. The grapes are hand picked and then pressed straight to barrels where they spontaneously ferment and then age for about two years. Bottled without fining, filtration, or sulfur addition.
