Description

A perfumed nose of black cherry

Under these intense aromatics hides some volcanic minerality and crushed violets

which was purchased by Resonance (Jadot) in 2022

It's a little more developed

2012 | Billecart-Salmon Louis Blanc de Blancs | Champagne 1.5L Sierra Del Mar Vineyard A perfumed nose of blackIncredible aromas of brioche, bread dough and pie crust with superb, electrifying fruit, from peaches to fresh apples. Its driven, mouthwatering and with fantastic structure, yet its so balanced and creamy. Very fine and silky bubbles. Its better and better as it warms slightly in the glass. 99 Pts James Suckling
