Maranges sits at the southern tip of the Cote de Beaune and tends to give Pinot Noir a bit more structure and dark fruit. Pierre worked the vines at Domaine de Montille and d'Angerville before building this small 3. 5 hectare estate. The reds are made naturally, with minimal additions. This is the most serious of their crus.
