In 2016, Joanns Violot Guillemard took over responsibility of the familys 8 hectares from his father, Thierry. With it changing the scope and direction of the wines, upping the inclusion of whole cluster, shortening up elevage. And, it shows in the wines which are fragrant and delicious.
