This wine is 90% Nero d'Avola and 10% Nerello Mascalese

Vinification in used 456L barrels, 100% destemmed, not temp controlled, no pumping over. It spends a little over a year in old wood before being bottled. Surprisingly finer and higher toned then the Gamay in '22.
