This pale pink wine has a bouquet of strawberries and white flowers with hints of vanilla

The wine is medium bodied with medium to high acidity and a lingering finish

NV | Tatenokawa 'Seiryu' Junmai Daiginjo | Japan 720ml Tinto Pesquera 99 Pts Wine EnthusiastThis sake is made from Dewasanan rice, polished down to 50% of the rice grain, giving it Daiginjo level status. On the palate, more of that green melon emerges along with slight fennel and a hint of cantaloupe. The finish is very dry, clean and swift.
