2019 Chateau Genot-Boulanger Bourgogne Pinot Noir, Burgundy, France A Tribute To Grace ClarksburgThe fermentations start with native yeast and are done in stainless steel tanks for 20 to 25 days. Extractions are always gentle with the number of punchdowns and pumping over adjusted to the conditions of the vintages and the terroir. The Pinot Noirs are aged for 12 months in oak barrels, with around 20% new oak before being aged for another six months in vats before bottling. The red wines are neither fined nor filtered.
