Vinification: Directly pressed and settled for 24 hours. Fermentation in 350L new oak barrels. Aged for 6 months on the lees in new oak, then 5 months on the lees in amphora, and then another 4 months in stainless steel. No fining. Pre arrival the wine lands mid April
