Lemon zest, citrus fruits, with a saline mineral expression. A light bodied white from the Loire region where Muscadet tends to be the more popular choice. But whatever Muscadet can do, or pair with, this wine can do as well, and perhaps with a bit more zip. Break out the oysters.
