Akrasia Cellars Line of Fire Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, Rutherford, USA 2017 Margaux de Brane Cantenac blackberries and dark chocolate2017 was another excellent vintage for Northern California. Warm days and cool nights yielded wines with ripe flavors, ample structure and vibrant acidity. This is a full bodied Cabernet with plenty of grip and strength and is built for aging but is already wonderfully approachable. It has a complex palate of dark fruits, black cherry and spice with wonderful aromas of blackberries, butterscotch and anis.
