Grapes: 50% Riesling, 50% Noiret (American red hybrid developed by Cornell University) Vineyard: Folts Farm, Finger Lakes. Sustainable Vinification: Whole cluster Noiret was foot tread, then Riesling was crushed and destemmed on top and maceration continued
