2023 Hobo Wines Camp Merlot, North Coast, USA Vincent Ruiz This is an old-school SpätlesenThe 2023 Camp Merlot is 85% organically farmed Merlot from the Morrison Vineyard in Sonoma Valley and the Gibson Vineyard in Mendocino County plus a blend of 15% organically farmed Cabernet Sauvignon. All lots were fermented in stainless steel tanks with moderate temperatures to control extraction and then aged in French oak barrels of varying ages. 100% CCOF Certified Organic
