I’ve stuffed the pincushion with wool scraps and embellished it with a wool felt heart

You can hang this by the loop or add decorative ribbon for handing

and embellished with antique laces and mother of pearl buttons

The background is an old French letter and envelope with original stamp. The blue stamp was the inspiration for this piece. The hand is the palest blue textured paper. Handwriting was on the other side, but not very pretty handwriting so I used the blank side. The heart and the cuff are papers that I aged and watercolored. Did you notice the ring?
