La Grange des Peres is one of the Languedoc's most coveted wines, a cult bottle that lands on collectors' lists and almost never on retail shelves. Founded by Laurent Vaille with his brother Bernard, and now made by Bernard following Laurent's death in 2021, the estate famously refuses AOC status, defiantly labeling everything as Vin de Pays de l'Herault. The red is a tiny production blend
