2023 Domaine Partage Gilles Berlioz Resilience, Savoie Chignin-Bergeron, France Caze-Thibaut 9 hectares worth of aAll white wines at Domaine Partag are processed as follows: whole bunches, long gentle press of 4 5hr, fermentation and ageing in fibreglass, light filtration and 30mg l SO2 total added pre bottling around March the following year. Bergeron is the local strain of the roussanne grape; it gives a dense, concentrated wine with apricot peach fruit showing more dynamism and natural acidity than you usually find in the northern Rhne (roussannes heartland).
