this 2021 riesling GG is going to take a while to come out of its shell

It also provides a beautiful mouth coating yet subtle amount of tannins

followed by empyreumatic fragrances that vary between vanilla and roasting

This has acceptably energy though I wouldn't recommend aging it for more than a few years

On the palate, the tart cherry, pomegranate, plum and subtle notes of blackberry are balanced by earthy notes of cocoa, coffee, briar and dusty soil. The acidity is lively yet smooth leading to a very pleasant cherry cola finish with hints of earthiness.
