Veeder AVA) Volcanic ash and igneous rocky soils 1,800 to 2,400 ft elevation Hand harvested Fermented in cement vats and stainless steel tanks After about two weeks on skins, the wine is gently pressed into barrel Aged 32 months in neutral oak, 20 months in large format foudre, and 12 months in barrique 14% abv
