Dahlia Happy Days Purple Penstemon unlike any other windmill palmDahlia 'Happy Days Purple' has been an exceptional performer in our trials since 2019. The 1' tall x 2' wide, dense mounds of jet black foliage are topped in spring, and again in fall with black flower stalks ending in rich pink flowers.
