2023 Lady of the Sunshine California Red Wine Nero d'Avola-Pinot Noir, California, USA Marchesi di Gresy The wine spends 8 monthsThis wine is inspired by a favorite Sicilian blend of mine which pays homage to the best parts of California, the sea & mountains. The Pinot Noir comes from the certified Demeter biodynamic Chene Vineyard in the foggy Edna Valley & the Nero d'Avola comes from the CCOF organically certified Preston Vineyard planted to gravelly soils in Dry Creek Valley. The Nero d'Avola was fermented with 50% whole cluster with native yeast and bacteria in standing
