2021 Domaine des Tours (Rayas) Blanc, IGP Vaucluse, France Domaine Hauvette Aging lasts ~30 months in100% Clairette. The vines for Clariette, planted in 1982, are harvested from the sandy bottom of the slope, which have richer soils than the Ctes du Rhne. Once malolactic fermentation is completed, the wine is aged for 8 9 months. Wine arrives 09 25 2024.
