2019 Ulli Stein Pinot Noir "0 Dosage", Mosel, Germany Climens and candied citrus wineThis is a one off project, largely based on the outstanding quality of the 2019 Pinot great ripeness but also strong acidities, so Ulli decided to do one pick just for this sparkling making 600 liters. Direct pressed, left out the taille into a used 600L barrel for one year on the full lees. Then bottled in 2020 and bottle fermented. The batch we have now was disgorged in late 2024.
