2020 Enderle & Moll Weissburgunder 'Sphere', Baden, Germany Maison Stephan and left it on theFrom 65 year old vines in Muschelkalk soils 65 year old vines on Muschelkalk, (shelly limestone). Cold macerated for a week without fermentation. After, its pressed gently and put into used barriques for one year on the full lees without batonage. After a year, the wines is racked off the lees and placed in stainless steel vats for another full year. Insanely delicious stuff.
