Among his many credits including overseeing the transition to biodynamic farming at such estates as Arnoux Lachaux and Comte Liger Belair. La Periere is located South West of the town of Saint Romain, adjacent to the lieu dits of En Poillange, Le Marsain, Au Bas de Poillange. The vines are 70 year old, that are vinified with 40% whole clusters and aged in oak none
