Aged for up to 12 months in barrels and foudres, this purple wine displays elder and sour cherry notes with hints of violet and rose. Dry and chalky, the juicy, infusion like palate unleashes its energy with a faintly grippy toucha long lasting, primary Rioja red. Vinous
