Pergola abruzzese and guyot training system. Organic farming. Spontaneous fermentation in 2nd passage tonneaux of Slavonian oak, untoasted, 2 weeks long. Matured for 1 year in oak where it undergoes the malolactic fermentation. Non filtered nor clarified.
