Description

in this liqueur we want to revisit that focus but using local herbs to stamp it with a Mexican seal

and we chose to honor this forgotten practice by recreating an authentic cuvée inspired by the first generations of the domaine

In these barriques the wine finished its fermentation and stayed until bottling in May 2025
