2024 Benoit Ente Golden Jubilee Bourgogne Chardonnay, Burgundy, France New York Distilled from an organicCrafted from a single 1963 massale selection Chardonnay parcel in Les quinces, just east of Puligny Montrachet, this cuve marks 50 years of Ente family winemaking. Certified organic and farmed at very low yields, the fruit is whole cluster pressed, then vinified with 12 months of levage divided between barrel and stainless steel. The wine is blended and aged an additional 6 months on fine lees before bottling without filtration.
