Description

and polished

A very attractive array of purple flowers

Full-bodied in the mouth

A creamy finish makes it even more complex if possible

Domaine Bitouzet-Prieur Bourgogne Blanc, Burgundy, France 2019 Podravje and polishedThis wine is essentially a declassified mersault. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, its another stunning value, especially as Burgundy prices continue to soar. Rich and ebullient stone fruits, a clean mineral, and touches of freshly churned butter, thanks to 20% new oak and fully spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
