Historic Map : De Wit Antique Map of Pomerania, Germany and Poland, 1721, Vintage Wall Art Europe Germany and Czech Republic Bohemia Prussia Poland A Map of Bohemia and Dutch BrabantThis is a scarce c. 1721 map of Pomerania in modern day Germany and Poland by Frederik De Wit. It covers from Stralsund in Germany east as far as Gdansk in Poland and south to Berlin. Bornhom Island is also included. Important cities of Berlin, Szczecin (Stetin), Gdansk (Dantzick), Stralsund and Wolgast are identified. Based on the earlier survey of Eilhard Lubin, the map renders the entire region in extraordinary detail offering both topographical
