2022 Rosanna Sandri Langhe Arneis Stella Dorata Georges Laval Costa Toscana Vermentino Macerato Sulle15+ year old vines grown at 250 meters elevation. Grapes are pressed and enter into a cool fermentation that follows one night under refrigeration to help preserve the unique and delicate floral notes that are backed up by citrus aromatics. The wine is medium bodied with bracing acidity and high toned mineral notes rounded out by just enough richness and honeyed viscosity. Nice complexity and very food friendly.
