Practicing biodynamics since 2022 with a focus on soil vitality and biodiversity. Grown on compact brown sand, gravity settled juice ferments with native yeasts in small oak barrels. No fining, no filtration. Brut Nature, disgorged Jan 8, 2025 (fruit day, waxing moon). 2,260 bottles produced. 1 bottle limit per customer. Wine arrives the end of June, 2025.
