Long before the grower movement had a name, the Agrapart family was bottling wines from their own grapes in Avize, the heart of the Cote des Blancs, going back to the late 1800s. Pascal Agrapart farms organically, but he'll tell you it's not for the label or the marketing it's just the best way to express terroir. The Complantee comes from co planted Avize plots farmed to the historic Champenois field blend
