Groundwork White Wine Blend, 2023 Vidiano "This wine brings to mindCitrus notes with tart lime, orange, lemon. Palate is fresh and bright, accented with a touch of a nutty cream. This is a unique blend of mostly Grenache Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc, with also Grenache Gris, Albario and Vermentino from the Central Coast. Old World winemaking in the New World; Fermented in Stainless Steel with native yeasts, aged in neutral French oak, bottled unfined and unfiltered. Curt Schalchlin makes both Sans Liege and Groundwork
