There is some some wear and cracking to the interior lacquer particularly on the underside of the lid

I think it would make a great housewarming gift

Badger Hair Paint Brush coiled straw basket I think all three areI found this beautiful badger hair brush at the estate sale of an artist who had a gorgeous studio stocked with highest quality supplies for work in most every medium. From what I understand the softness and lightness of badger hair makes it especially useful for blending and softening edges in paintings, and badger brushes are especially suited for painting on glass and ceramic. I'd love to see this one put to good use, but would myself just be happy
