Philippe Colin, Santenay Gravieres Rouge Brut Zero mostly in 7A more discreet dollop of wood is present on the nicely cool and ripe nose of mostly dark pinot fruit, newly turned earth and a whiff of spice. The rich, concentrated and lush medium bodied flavors are a bit more obviously mineral driven while delivering fine length on the ever so slightly austere finale. This is relatively forward and could be enjoyed after only 2 to 3 years of bottle age.
