Stunning Photograph of Signed Woven Textile , Newly Framed (Two of Two) 1960s book Oil on wood panelIn addition to the early 19th century embroidered bird on paper listed today, this (and its mate) is the other Brimfield find purchased thinking of absolutely no one but myself, and I am very taken with it. At first, I thought it was an actual textile inside the frame the photograph is that rich, and seems to me it might be an albumen photo, but I can't tell for sure. I love that the image makes its subject (and what a beautiful textile it is, I would
