This could use a bit more overall depth
Rich and earthy
It seems this is the year when Adrien Dhondt has fully realized the site's potential
finishing very long and gently chewy
Philippe Pacalet, Cote Rotie Vintage:2019 This could use a bitAged in older barrels and not yet bottled. Deep cherry red. Open and scented with pure black fruit and a gentle herbal (but not in the least green) note. Theres also a delicate rocky character adding precision. Mouth watering, moreish, powerful and still scented. Firm, chewy but fine tannins. Great harmony already. (JH)
