This lens has a Macro mode to provide slightly more magnification than usual. It is not a true macro function, but it aint bad. Compatible with any Nikon F mount camera, with limited compatibility. It will not autofocus with the D40, D60, D3000 and D5000 series. In good condition, with very minor cosmetic wear. Clean glass, minor
