Earthy, Beautifully Crafted 20th Century Studio Pottery Bottle with Wax Resist Decoration kitchen utensil from straight-on to the 90I don't buy nearly as much studio pottery as I used to, largely product of where I tend to go hunting for things, but when I came across this beauty on a crowded open shelf in a mish mosh of a shop in Maine, I grabbed it in one second flat. Hand thrown, stoneware, shino type glaze with wax resist decoration. Very nicely crafted, perfect condition, mid century I believe, and signed (incised) on the underside with a monogram mark. I did a bit of
