This is more restrained still though aggressive swirling eventually coaxes the gorgeously broad-ranging and pure nose to reveal a more floral and spicier mélange of red and dark currant

This was served from half-bottle but even so

they have a unique mineral-scented character that gives them their own complexity and style

Torbreck, Factor Vintage:2018 The finale is on theInky ruby. Heady scents of dark berry liqueur, singed plum and incense, with notes of vanilla and smoky minerals building in the glass. Shows excellent clarity and lift to the palate staining blueberry, cola and candied lavender flavors, with juicy acidity giving the wine spine. Deftly marries richness and vivacity and finishes sweet, broad and extremely long, with solid punch and fine grained tannins. Josh Raynolds
