McNab Ridge Sauvignon Blanc Puglia or Goat Cheese with HoneyClean crisp flavors of lemon rind, tropical fruit, and varietal grassy nuances. The acidity is mouth watering with a lightly tart finish. The McNab Ridge winery sits in the back of the McNab valley, originally settled by Scottish sheep rancher and immigrant, Alexander McNab. Winemaker Rich Parducci is a fourth generation and award winning winemaker (one of our favorites!). Mendocino, California.
