I think it's the old creamy white paint in combo with that perfect hunter green

every leaf painted

and the ones I am drawn to are old hand-carved solid wood working decoys with great lines and minimal decoration

I've been finding myself quite attracted to eagles of late, I think perhaps wanting to reclaim ideas of American patriotism. This one is flat on the back so would be especially good hung from a hook on the wall, perhaps with that keen eye and open beak commenting on something else hung nearby. 5 5 8" t x 3" w x 3 4" d and in very good condition, I would guess mid 20th c. or so.
