Vincent Dancer Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Blanc 2022 ESPADIN jellyfish kissesVery top of the vineyard. Vine planted in 2020. Dense limestone subsoil with large rocks throughout the vineyard. Natural fermentation with no additions and no batonnage. Aged in used barrel for 12 months then racked into stainless tank for 7 8 months
