The filth, suffering, and disease was heartbreaking. Of the 80 dogs rescued, our partner at Under the Sun Animal Shelter, Krystina Drahomaretska, took in 54 dogs. Many are infested with parasites, suffering from untreated illnesses and injuries, and covered in matted fur. Others are fighting for their lives as
