Delightful + easy drinking. Edna Valley is on the coastal area of San Louis Obispo in Central California. The maritime influences are important for the development of the fruit, that is then fermented and aged in neutral and once used French oak. The name Fossil Point pays tribute to the ancient ocean floor soils
