Medium bodied, the Syrah opens to flavors of ripe, juicy and dark red berries with notions of wilted red flowers and a touch of reduction, showing a balanced structure with growing tannins. The Syrah concludes with a firm, tannic edge that will remain food friendly for the next 10 years. I suspect this bottling
