with what look to be a few tiny numbers etched in the silver-plate but it’s a bit hard to tell

The metal cap of the bottle will screw off but the foil covered cork stopped is held tightly in place

developed in the 1830s for the India and China trade and popular for the Opium trade

I like it for the lettering done in copper colored paint, with a great no fuss immediacy, and an especially good E in Pentcostal and for the fact that Pentecostal is misspelled, and also that it was done on an old double sided slate, with lovingly jointed corners.
