Care Garnacha Blanca "Nativa", 2021 Semillon clay and limestone – AOPSalted lemon, lemongrass, white flowers, lilies, apricot on nose. Palate has rounded melon mouthfeel with peach, lemon pulp and saline notes. 100% Grenache Blanc from the northeast corner of Spain in the Cariena DOP. Influenced by the cool, dry "Cierzo" wind and the Mediterranean, low rain fall and rocky soil. Care, the trade name of Bodegas Aadas, references how the ancient Romans refered to the city of Cariena.
