This could use a bit more overall depth

This is on the woodier side stylistically but it’s not over the top

By contrast, there is good fresh and reasonable verve to the supple, opulent and very rich larger scaled flavors that coat the palate with dry extract that helps to buffer the powerful and almost tannic finish. This has plenty of development potential though it is somewhat less refined than it typically is.
