There is plenty of gas present but this is a bit of a question mark even while acknowledging that the Dujac Gruenchers has a terrific track record

As always, the Carobric is lifted and aromatically expressive. Tertiary notes are still a few years out, especially from magnum. Given the wine's mid weight structure I suggest drinking the 2003 sooner rather than later.
